New proposed federal legislation in 2024 may award $150,000, tax-free, to individuals who have had cancer and were exposed to the radiation from the Atmospheric Nuclear Testing, which took place at the Nevada Test Site in the 1950s and 1962.

Current Legislation
We have been helping people collect compensation from the Federal Government for having cancer caused by government-created radiation for more than 25 years. Our success rate is better than 95%, and our reward is satisfied clients.
The current law, which is administered by the Department of Justice, allows individuals to file a claim for $50,000 tax free if they have had one of the following internal covered cancers and lived in either southern Nevada, Southern Utah, or northern Arizona during a two year period between January 21, 1951 and October 31, 1958 or for the entire month of July 1962.
Eligible counties include:
- Arizona: Apache, Coconino, Gila, Navajo, and Yavapai
- Nevada: Eureka, Lander, Lincoln, Nye, White Pine and the North East corner of Clark.
- Utah: Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane, Millard, Piute, San Juan, Sevier, Washington and Wayne.
*If a family member is deceased, their spouses, children, or grandchildren are considered eligible beneficiaries and may make a claim on their behalf.
